City of Hope is the humanitarian arm of Adullam Christian Fellowship.  It was founded by Pastors Randy and Jill Millet in the wake of Hurricane Katrina in order to more effectively assist in the relief, recovery, and rebuilding of the community of St. Bernard Parish and the New Orleans metropolitan area.  City of Hope has broadened in its outreach and now consists of the City of Hope Volunteer Center, Kattengell Gym, and Blood Stained Skatepark.
